West Coast Turntablist DJ M.Walk: Is a definitive DJ and Producer. DJ
M.Walk started on the turntables at age 13 in Compton, Ca. By the time
he was 16, he was on the 1 and only hip hop radio station in the
nation. That station was AM stereo 1580 KDAY. He was the youngest DJ
in the crew, a Junior In high school. Beating out more than 1500 DJ’s
that tried out. That only led to him getting with Tone Loc in 1987. He
was the 1st to play tone’s record “On Fire” on the station 1580 KDAY.
Tone Loc than went on to make the 1989 super hit song “Wild Thing”.

The HUGE success of the album took Tone Loc and M.Walk all over the
world. In late 1991 M.Walk got with M.C HAMMER and toured with him for
3 years. During that time with M.C Hammer they did well over 600 shows
world wide. In 1994 M.Walk got with The legendary Pharcyde. Tone Loc
and M.Walk hooked back up In 2000 and started doing more shows
together. DJ M.Walk is back doing club dates and sounds better then
ever.
