DJ Quig is a main staple in the music scene of metropolitan Detroit.  During his sets, he sends the masses swooning to the ethereal tunes of Cocteau Twins, Hooverphic, Sigur Ros, Portishead, Imogen Heap and the like.    Cutting through the hype of the typical club DJ, he has stayed true to what he knows best and the locals flock to the once weekly gig, which is now monthly Sugar Hiccup.

With his extensive background as a club DJ, innate technical savvy and a vivid imagination, Quig also excelled at work the two mediums of film and music together.

Quig is also a self-taught director/producer who strongly believes in the institution of marriage-music and film were meant to be together.  His company that he has formed from the ground up with this philosophy is Chrome Bumper Films.

He has worked everything from documentaries, commercials to music videos for such bands as The Boredoms, Sponge, D12, Limp Bizkit, Tori Amos, 50-Cent and Eminem.

Based out of Detroit and now Russia, Quig still runs Chrome Bumper Films as a full-service production and post production company.  He can be found all over the world filming or DJing.  From Russia to Japan, Quig may be at a venue near you.
